How We Use Information

Information submitted through forms is used to respond to your inquiry, conduct a case review, and, if you engage the firm, deliver legal services. We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with third parties for marketing.

Confidentiality and Attorney-Client Privilege

Information shared with us in connection with seeking legal advice is protected by California Evidence Code Section 950 and the attorney-client privilege, even where no formal engagement is yet in place. The initial case review communications are confidential.
